We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item, your order will be eligible for an exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds on returns, only exchanges.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
To facilitate the exchange process, we require you to record a video of the parcel being unboxed. This video will act as proof in the event the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Without this video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests. -
Submission Deadline:
Kindly ensure that the unboxing video is shared with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Claims submitted without the video or beyond this period will not be eligible for exchange. -

Exchange Process:

Returning the Item:
Once your exchange request is accepted, you will be required to return the item to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is securely packed before shipping it back to us. -
Inspection of Returned Items:
Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect the article to verify the claim. This examination ensures the item meets the criteria for exchange, such as being unused and undamaged (apart from the reported defect). -
Dispatch of Replacement:
Once the returned item has been successfully inspected and approved for exchange, we will proceed with dispatching a replacement product. Please allow for standard processing and shipping times for your new item to arrive.
